With Microsoft and Yahoo deal seem to be progressing which one is better to buy for stocks??? Based on Yahoo Finance Microsoft seems better. Tell me what you think..

I own Microsoft shares and they are doing okay...not good...but okay. I have been keeping an eye on yahoo but they seem like one day they go up and then the other day they go all the way down. Microsoft is a more stable company to invest in.
I'm thinking Microsoft just because Yahoo is so up and down. As you might know, Mark Cuban owns some of yahoo, and he will probably focus on putting money into the Dallas Mavericks and not his company. Microsoft will probably emerge with something amazing before Apple's big release in the summer.
