Error 1309 Microsoft Office 2007 Installation, Help?

Trying to Install Microsoft Office Enterprise but, I keep on getting that error.

It say cannot find this file in the F drive however, there is no disc inserted into my CD drive.

I download the file from Microsoft - digital download.

Please help =)

CAUSE

Cause for Symptom 1

This problem may occur if you install Office 2003 before you install Project 2003. Project 2003 uses its own version of the Oclncore.opc file. The Project 2003 version of the Oclncore.opc file may cause problems with Office 2003.
